French fry coated hotdog on a stick.
Ingredients:
- One Hotdog
- French Fries
- Oil for deep frying
Batter Ingredients:
- 100gm of plain flour
- 75gm of cornmeal
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons of sugar
- half a cup of milk
Instructions:
- Mix together the dry batter ingredients, add the egg and the milk. Mix to a thick paste, adding more milk if it is too dry: you’re aiming at the batter being thick and sticky rather than runny like a real corn dog batter, slightly more viscous than a dough. Set aside.
- Coat the hotdog in the batter, then stick the french fries to the dog as best you can. Drop this beast back into the boiling oil and fry until the french fries begin to brown.
- Remove from the oil and poke a stick into it.

The Luther Burger.
Featured on Cartoon Network’s “The Boondocks.” The burger was named after the late singer Luther Vandross, and legend has it that he himself invented it. Try not get the itis…
What you will need:
- 1-2 Doughnuts (I prefer glazed)
- A few strips of bacon (2-4)
- A beef patty (or you can make your own out of ground beef)
- A slice of American Cheese
Instructions:
- Cook your beef patty, and add cheese if you want. While your patty is cooking, you should also be cooking your bacon or have it already prepared.
- Slice your doughnut in half, and toast it if you desire. you can also make your Luther burger using 2 whole doughnuts as the buns without slicing
- Place your beef patty on top of the bottom half of your doughnut. Add your bacon on top of the patty and cover it with the top half of your doughnut.

Turtle Burger
- 4 lbs of ground beef
- 10 hot dogs of your choice
- 4 slices of American Cheese
- 2 lbs of bacon
Instructions:
- Form 4 patties and make them oval like a turtle body. Using a finger make 4 holes at the bottom in each corner of the patty for the legs. Make one hole in the center front from the top for the head.
- Cut hot dogs in half and insert each half in the holes of the burgers. It will require quite a lot of handling the meat and reforming it, but give yourself a little time and they will eventually look good.
- Cut the hot dogs at the end to simulate the “toes” on each foot
- Place a slice of cheese on the top of each turtle.
- Now form a small blanket of bacon like in the pictures to a size that will cover the back of the turtle. Once formed place the bacon blanket on the back of the turtle. You may also just make the blanket directly on the back of the turtle.
- Heat an oven to 400F and place turtles in the oven for 30-40 minutes until bacon is nice browned and crispy. You may want to use a meat thermometer to check the doneness of the meat (130F for medium).

No need to post instructions. It’s a feast reserved for kings.

We have all seen this one, but I couldn’t resist posting it.

Bacon Egg Cheese Roll

- Preheat the oven to 400 Fahrenheit.
- Weave the bacon tightly on a baking tray lined with foil. Bake for 20-25 min
- While the bacon is in the oven the eggs need to be cooked.
- When the bacon is done, take it out of the oven and dump the eggs & cheese on top.
- Roll it up. Put some toothpicks in it to keep it from unrolling.
- Put back in the oven for 3-5 minutes; or until cheese is fully melted.
- Take out toothpicks and enjoy. (Please remove it from the oven….Potheads…)

Meatloaf Cake
What you’ll need:
- Three (or Two) round cake pans
- Your favorite meatloaf recipe
- Mashed potatoes
- Ketchup
Prepare your favorite meatloaf recipe as usual, but, before baking, divide the mixture into the three (or two) round cake pans and pat the meatloaves flat.
1. Bake as usual, but shorten the cooking time (these thinner meatloaves won’t take nearly as long to cook).
2. While the meatloaf is in the oven, make a batch of mashed potatoes; add a little extra milk and whip with an electric beater until they are fluffy and spreadable.
3. When the meatloaves are done, invert one of them onto a round plate.
4. Cover the meat with a thick, even layer of mashed potatoes.
5. Place the other meatloaf on top of the potato layer, and finish frosting the “cake” with the remaining potatoes.
